IDF chief: Peretz family is exemplary family

IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi visited the area in which a soldier and an officer were killed by Gazan terrorists and heard the results of an investigation into the incident.
Ashkenazi said that when he heard the name of the officer, Major Eliraz Peretz, he remembered that his brother, Uriel, was killed in Lebanon. "The Peretz family is an exemplary family. We will support and accompany them at all times and like the rest of the people of Israel, who are with them at this time, we will bite down and move forward," he said. (Hanan Greenberg)
