Outgoing Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki criticized the UN envoy who had claimed that elections had been fair and called on all sides to accept the results. Maliki, who refused to accept his defeat to Ayad Allawi, claimed that the UN envoy had not done enough against election fraud. (AFP)
