Moscow mayor: 2 female suicide bombers committed attack

Moscow officials say two female suicide bombers have blown themselves up on the city subway system as it was jam-packed with rush-hour passengers. Emergency officials say at least 34 people were killed and more than 25 wounded.
Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov told reporters that two female suicide bombers are believed to have set off their explosives as trains were approaching the Lubyanka and Park Kultury stations on Monday morning. (AP)
