Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent a message to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin expressing his empathy and condolences over the double terror attack that took place in Moscow on Monday and left 38 people dead.
"As a nation that is a target for terror attacks itself, Israel would like to express its deep empathy and share in the grief of the Russian people," Netanyahu wrote. "We stand with you, united with the enlightened nations, in the struggle against terrorism that threatens the entire human race." (Roni Sofer)
