White House confident can work with China on Iran
The White House expressed confidence on Wednesday that the United States can work with China to move forward on bringing tougher sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program.
"The Chinese know that it's not in their interest to have a nuclear arms race in the Middle East and we're confident that we're going to be able to work with them to move forward on (bringing) meaningful pressure on Iran," said White House spokesman Bill Burton. (Reuters)
