Egypt seizes 41 cars used for smuggling goods into Gaza

Egypt's police confiscated 41 vehicles in Sinai desert, used to smuggle merchandise into the Gaza Strip, according to an official security source.
The vehicles were uncovered during a routine patrol when police officers noticed a car without a license plate north of Rafah crossing. After searching the area, 40 other vehicles were uncovered. The police are now searching for smuggling tunnels in the area. (AFP)
