Blast in south Yemeni prison, at least 40 inmates flee

A bomb exploded in a prison in the southern Yemeni province of Dalea on Thursday, injuring four inmates and allowing dozens of prisoners to escape, witnesses and southern media reported.
A government official told Reuters around 40 prisoners had fled after the blast. (AP)
