Kouchner: China's willingness to discuss sanctions 'pleasant surprise'
French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said Thursday that China's willingness to discuss possible UN sanctions against Iran was a "pleasant surprise."
During an interview with the New York Times Kouchner noted there was no date for the sanctions yet but stressed that progress is being made. (AFP)
