Soldier suspected of Holon arsons arrested
The police arrested a 20-year-old soldier Friday on suspicions that he is responsible for the wave of arsons in recent days in Holon.
The soldier was arrested after he told his military commander that he was behind the blazes. However, the young man denied allegations made against him under investigation saying that it was an April Fools Day prank. He will be brought to Rishon Lezion Magistrates' Court for a hearing on the extension of his remand and will undergo psychiatric evaluation. (Yoav Zitun)
