Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad said Saturday in Bethlehem that next year the Palestinians will celebrate the Holy Fire vigil in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in east Jerusalem, "the capital of the Palestinian state." (Ali Waked)
