Thirteen inmates escaped when armed men stormed a prison in the northern Mexican border city of Reynosa, an official with the federal Attorney General's Office said Sunday.
It was the second mass jailbreak in less than two weeks in Tamaulipas state, which has been wracked by a new wave of battles between feuding drug gangs. (AP)
