80,000 Holocaust survivors to get 90% reduction on medications

The government is expected to implement within weeks its decision to provide free medications to some 80,000 Holocaust survivors, Ynet has learned. In the first stage, until the plan's final details are agreed on, the survivors will get a 90% reduction at pharmacies.

The plan is expected to cost about NIS 50 million ($13.5 million) a year. (Yael Branovsky)
