Obama: New nuclear review sustains US security

President Barack Obama said on Tuesday his new nuclear policy sustains US national security while reducing the role of nuclear weapons in the US arsenal, but keeps up pressure on states seeking to gain these arms, in a coded reference to North Korea and Iran.
"The greatest threat to US and global security is no longer a nuclear exchange between nations, but nuclear terrorism by violent extremists and nuclear proliferation to an increasing number of states," Obama said in a statement. (Reuters)
