Barak: Ashkenazi one of best chiefs of staff ever
Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that he has complete faith in Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Gabi Ashkenazi and esteems his contribution to the IDF after the second Lebanon war.
Barak added that Ashkenazi is not only an excellent chief of staff but one of the best the IDF ever had. He explained that despite this, changing the chief of staff every four years is natural, right and important for the IDF. (Ahiya Raved)
