The Kenyan government says it is seeking the return of one of its citizens held at Guantanamo Bay because it wants to question him over his alleged involvement in a hotel attack and an unsuccessful attempt to shoot down an Israeli airliner in 2002.
A letter from the foreign ministry told families of the 13 victims killed in the Paradise Hotel bombing that Kenya had initiated the process to bring 37-year-old Mohamed Abdulmalik home from the US military prison. (AP)
