UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said that it was crucial to restore the constitutional order in Kyrgyzstan, where opposition forces on Thursday said they have seized power after a deadly uprising.
"It is time to work urgently in establishing constitutional order," Ban said in an address to the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna. "There are difficult social and economic issues underlying the unrest," Ban added. (Reuters)
