Another suspect detained in Holyland affair

Avigdor Kelner, former chairman of Polar Investments, has been arrested in connection to the Holyland affair.
He was arrested by National Fraud Unit investigators on suspicion of bribery offences and money laundering. Kelner will be arraigned by the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court Thursday evening. (Eli Senyor)
