Ayalon to NATO official: Iran's statements should worry world

Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon met with NATO Defense Policy Assistant Secretary General Jiri Sedivy on Sunday and discussed with him the upgrading of ties between Israel and the alliance, as well as ongoing dialogue between the two parties in the matter of terror.
"Iran's recent statements should worry not only Israel, but the entire world," Ayalon said. He also stressed the importance of boosting ties between NATO and Israel and said both parties "share joint interests and values and face the same challenges and threats." (Roni Sofer)
