Federmans' lible suit against deputy state prosecutor dropped
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court has rejected the libel lawsuit filed by right-wing activist Noam Federman and his wife Elisheva against Deputy State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan.
The Federmans filed a suit against Nitzan for commenting on the Federman farm two months ago during a Knesset Constitution Committee meeting and stating it was built on private Palestinian land. The State claimed that the lawsuit should be dropped since Nitzan was asked to voice his opinion on the matter by the committee. (Aviad Glickman)
