Litzman to convene United Torah Judaism faction over Barzilai affair

Deputy Health Minister Yakov Litzman stressed Monday following the prime minister's decision not to relocate the Barzilai Medical Center's emergency room that his opinion hasn't changed. "The deputy minister is against relocating the graves. He will be working to convene the United Torah Judaism faction in the coming days and decide on a course of action," a statement issued by Litzman's office read.

Dr. Leonid Edelman, Chairman of the Israel Medical Association, welcomed Netanyahu's decision and said, "The decision will save lives. I hope construction will commence in the coming days." (Meital Yasur-Beit Or)
