Livni slams Netanyahu's absence from DC nuclear summit
Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni(Kadima) criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision not to attend the Washington nuclear summit, saying that "when the leaders of the free world gather against nuclear terrorism and Iran, Israel's prime minister should be there."
