France: Hundreds protest naming local promenade after Israeli PM

Some 300 people rallied in Paris in protest of the City's intention to name a promenade after Israel's first premier, David Ben Gurion. The demonstrators said naming the boardwalk after Ben Gurion "supports the siege on Gaza."
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for Thursday morning, with President Shimon Peres in attendance. (AFP)
