Soldier convicted of killing fellow soldier Yaniv Pozoarik in 2008
The Haifa Military Court has convicted soldier Dan Waltziano of killing his friend Yaniv Pozoarik in a northern IDF post in March 2008.
The judges ruled unanimously that the soldier violated safety procedures by playing with his weapon which led to the death of Pozoarik. (Hanan Greenberg)
