Special police forces raided the home of the deputy head of Efrat's local council, Yehoshua Adler, and took him away forcefully after he attempted to block a tractor that had come to demolish building foundations with his body.
The family claims the concrete foundations were laid as the scene of their son's upcoming Bar-Mitzvah celebration. (Shmulik Grossman)
