Body of Lebanese resident of Israel transferred to Lebanon for burial

The body of Hanna Jalad, who arrived in Israel with her family after the withdrawal of the IDF from southern Lebanon, has been transferred to her home country for burial. Jalad, 70, died over the weekend and her body has been kept in the hospital since then.
Since her death her children have been working to carry out her will to be buried in the Christian village of her birth. Security officials in Israel have decided to grant her request. (Hagai Einav)
