White House confirms Obama received letter from Ahmadinejad

United States National Security Council Mike Hammer approved an Iranian news agency report according to which Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sent a letter to US President Barack Obama.
Hammer refused to discuss the content of the letter, and said the president does not intend to reply, because there is nothing to reply to. (Ynet)
