Report: US has no long-term strategy for Iran nuke

US Defense Secretary Robert Gates sent out a memorandum in which he admitted that Washington does not have an efficient, long-term policy to deal with the ongoing progress of the Iranian nuclear program, the New York Times reported.
The document, which contains a confidential analysis, was submitted to National Security Advisor James Jones in January, as part of an effort by the Pentagon, the White House and the US intelligence agencies, to present to President Obama several coping options. One US official called the memo a "wake up call". (Ynet)
