Soldiers fired at an Israeli vehicle that did not heed their orders to stop for inspection at a checkpoint south of Tul Karem.
The driver claims he was lightly injured, though the soldiers say they did not hit the car. They treated him on the scene. In addition to the driver, soldiers found eight Palestinians illegally residing in Israel. (Shmulik Grossman)
