Aviation crisis strands 48,000 travelers on Israel-Europe flights

Around 48,000 people traveling between Israel and Europe have remained stranded so far by the international aviation crisis caused by the eruption of a volcano in Iceland. Since the crisis began, 300 flights to and from Ben Gurion International Airport have been canceled.
On Monday 50 additional flights were canceled, for which 8,000 people had tickets. (Yoav Zitun)
