Indictment issued against haredi youth for torching Israeli flag

Jerusalem District Police filed an expedited indictment against a 20-year-old haredi man arrested Sunday night for setting an Israeli flag on fire during a protest in Jerusalem's Shabbat Square. The indictment was issued for disrespecting the State flag and rioting.
The police reported that a similar indictment was issued against a 14-year-old boy caught torching the flag during the same demonstration. (Shmulik Grossman)
