Israel's 62nd Independence Day celebrations commence

State of Israel's 62nd Independence Day celebrations commenced with the traditional torch-lighting ceremony at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. This year's ceremony is titled "If you will it, it is no dream" – and honors the State's achievements on the 150th birthday of the its visionary, Theodor (Binyamin Ze'ev) Herzl. (Ynet)
