Some 100 settlers from Binyamin gathered at Beer Zeit outpost, near the Palestinian town of Birzeit in order to hold a prayer in celebration of Independence Day.
Mateh Ufaratsta, a right-wing movement, issued a statement saying that "the people of Israel will continue to build and develop despite the construction freeze." (Shmulik Grossman)
