Flights resumed at northern Italian airports after days of being closed by a volcanic dust cloud, with some tentative service to northern Europe.
Planes took off and landed Tuesday at Milan, Verona, Turin and other northern points under a plan to allow a gradual resumption of domestic air traffic. (AP)
