Bnei Barak Mayor Yaakov Asher and municipal council members denounced the attempt made by haredi protesters to torch Israeli flags during a demonstration against the existence of the state.
Bnei Barak Municipality claimed, "This marginal group hails mainly from other places and seeks out opportunities to cause a ruckus so that the media will receive the distorted picture that they represent a significant population." (Yoav Zitun)
