US checking possibility Syria transferred Scuds to Hezbollah

The United States continues to examine allegations that Syria has supplied Scud missiles to Hezbollah, the State Department said Tuesday.
Spokesman Philip Crowley said that the US had not yet formed an opinion as to whether a transfer took place or not. (AFP)
