Samaria council head denounces settler clashes with IDF

The head of the Samaria Regional Council, Gershon Mesika, said that it is totally unacceptable to hurt "a single hair" of IDF soldiers. "If someone hurts a soldier, he should face the full force of the law," Mesika said.
He called on the security forces to thoroughly investigate the incident in which soldiers clashed with settlers in Yitzhar, and to "stop the libel in the media against Yitzhar residents.
