Report: Israeli authorities fail at finding kids at risk

Israeli authorities are failing to find at-risk children in time, an inter-ministry committee has found. The committee recommends better cooperation between various organizations and the distribution of information between them in order to prevent cases in which statute of limitations applies to parents who murdered their kids.
"We need a change in policy in order to halt the horrible trend of parents who murder their children," Welfare Minister Isaac Herzog said. (Yael Branovsky)
