High Court rejects Yesha petition against construction freeze

A High Court of Justice panel headed by court president Dorit Beinish ruled Wednesday that the West Bank construction freeze order was not unlawful and therefore cannot be revoked. The ruling effectively rejected a petition filed by West Bank Jewish council heads against the freeze. (Aviad Glickman)
