In a phone conversation with Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said he was concerned about the "tension" in the Middle East.
According to the Élysée Palace, Sarkozy told Hariri "it is essential that everyone act responsibly and avoid taking action that may destabilize the region." (AFP)
