Egyptian report: Netanyahu updated Mubarak on Mitchell meeting

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a phone conversation with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and updated him vis-à-vis his meetings with US envoy George Mitchell, according to the Egyptian network Nile.
Mubarak reiterated to Netanyahu the need to set the atmosphere for renewed talks between Israel and the Palestinians. Meanwhile, Mitchell on Sunday concluded his round of talks with officials in the region. (Roee Nahmias)
