The Jerusalem Municipality's legal advisor, Attorney Yossi Havilio, and City Engineer Shlomo Eshkol are working to freeze construction of the Holyland project.
From an opinion the two submitted to the local planning council, it appears that two months ago, the group behind the project requested further benefits for the continuation of the project. (Ronen Medzini)
