Israel, US agree to renew strategic dialogue

Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon and US Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg met in Washington and agreed to renew strategic dialogue between Israel and the United States.
A meeting on the matter will be held in Washington in September, and will be attended by Ayalon, Netanyahu's National Security Adviser Uzi Arad, head of the Defense Ministry's political-security intelligence branch Amos Gilad, and the prime minister's senor financial adviser Eugene Kandel.
