Minister Shalom: Very close to renewing talks with Palestinians
Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom said Israel was "very close" to renewing peace talks with the Palestinians. "It's time Abbas made a strategic decision to sit down with Israel," he told Druze teens in Beit Jann.
"We must put an end to the Palestinian method of appealing to the US. If they want peace, they will find a government in Israel ready for true peace." (Hagai Einav)
