Schneller: Put Yitzhar anti-Zionist rioters behind bars
MK Otniel Schneller (Kadima) said that a policy of zero tolerance must be used against the "anarchist anti-Zionist rioters from Yitzhar." His words come after residents of this West Bank settlement torched Palestinian houses and fields in Hawara.
Schneller, himself a resident of the settlement Maaleh Mikhmas, called on the settlement movement leaders to immediately remove the rioters from the West Bank "and jail them for many years." He added, "They do not represent Jewish halacha or human morality, and they undermine the settlement enterprise." (Shmulik Grossman)
