Kuwait uncovers Iranian spy squad; 7 arrested
Kuwaiti security forces uncovered a Revolutionary Guards squad in Iran which collected information and spied on Kuwaiti and American targets, the al-Qabas daily newspaper reported Saturday.
A senior security source said that at least seven individuals were arrested and that six or seven others managed to escape. The source further noted that the squad consisted of Iranian army personnel from the defense and interior ministries, as well as Arab elements and individuals of unknown citizenship. (Roee Nahmias)
