PM considers aggravating Palestinian prisoners' conditions

The Public Security and Justice ministries are slated to draw up a bill proposing a change in confinement conditions for Palestinian prisoners, following the removal of the prime minister's objection to the initiative. Netanyahu is still considering the matter, Ynet learned.
