Silwan resident accused of trying to murder policemen

The Jerusalem Prosecutor's Office has charged Silwan resident Ghazi bin Muhammad Kanan with attempted murder.
According to the indictment, filed with the city's District Court, the man fired at a group of policemen in the Ras al-Amud area during the inauguration o the Hurva synagogue. (Aviad Glickman)
