High Court orders State to justify why Amona demolition order not enforced

Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish and Justices Eliezer Rivlin and Eliyakim Rubinstein order the State to produce an explanation within three months of why it did not enforce demolition orders issued for the Amona outpost.
The court's order comes after the organization Yesh Din filed a petition in 2008 claiming that Israeli citizens invaded private Palestinian property and built illegal structures on it. (Aviad Glickman)
