Iran's official news agency says the country's Revolutionary Guards have killed five Kurdish separatists in clashes in western Iran.
The IRNA report quotes local Guard commander Ali Akbar Nouri as saying the five armed fighters were members of the Kurdish separatist group known as PEJAK. IRNA said Wednesday the clashes took place a day earlier outside Dalahu, a small town near the Iraqi border. (AP)
