High Court eases sentence of terrorist abettor

The High Court of Justice ruled that Abd al-Rahman Abu Mouch who transported terrorists on their way to carrying out a terror attack in Netanya in July 2005 will serve 10 years in prison instead of 13.
The ruling was reached after it was decided to withdraw his conviction of manslaughter and aggravated battery and convict him of negligent manslaughter and negligent battery. (Aviad Glickman)
